Payment & Session Policy

To maintain a professional and committed growth environment, Direct EFT is our exclusive method of payment.

  1. Securing Your Booking
  • Upfront Payment: All sessions and workshops require upfront payment to secure your time slot.
  • 48-Hour Deadline: Proof of payment (POP) must be received a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled session.
  • Submission: Please email your proof of payment to info@moholoholowellness.co.za.
  • Subject Heading: Please use the following format: (Name and surname- session date)
  1. The “Right-Fit” Guarantee (Intake Session).

We believe the relationship between counsellor and client is the foundation of flourishing.
If, within 48 hours after your initial intake session, you feel the counsellor-client fit is incompatible with your specific requirements, you may choose to terminate the relationship and cancel all future scheduled sessions.
