To respect the schedules of all clients, sessions start and end exactly at the set time. If you arrive late, we will make full use of the remaining time in your hour. The full session fee applies to secure your dedicated time slot.

Advance Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours (or your specific timeframe) in advance.

Late Cancellations: If you fail to cancel within the required timeframe or miss a scheduled session, the full payment for that session will be forfeited.
